Leanne was incredible to work with in selling my townhouse and buying a single family home. Leanne guided us through each step giving a ton of advice and helping us prepare our home for the market. She was easily available to search for new homes keeping our busy schedule in mind. In a hot market homes were selling fast and it was important to tour them asap and she always made herself available. Never pushy and would even point out why the home may not work for our family. She also taught us how to be flexible and see the potential in the homes. It was a wild ride as buying and selling can be but Leanne was almost like a counselor, calming me down, helping where she could and helping me keep the faith. In the end we found our perfect home in the perfect neighborhood and were able to close on both homes on the same day. The time, effort and care she put in was incredible.
